I started to get better cardio and loose weight but after some month want to have more muscle too
Why I Love It:
Feel great after the training. be lighter to move, like my body change etc...
How I Stay Motivated:
See the results. And I love to train
BB Accomplishments:
Lost abdominal fat was hard after many years of overweight. I started from 225lbs, get muscle to 242lbs and lost fat to 194lbs.
-48lbs lost in 8-9 month alone without stuff-

yeah...in the pic i took a month ago..that was probably the worst shape i've been in for awhile...so it wasn't as hard to change. I'm still not back to where i was 6 months ago, so I'm trying to get back up to that point
Thanks bro. I still weigh the same (73kg). I think it is the lighting that makes the difference, not my actual fat-loss progress...sigh. Ur progress is nice too. keep it up, and wish u a happy 2009.
