had a gym membership at 12, but wasnt really serious. then i had weights class 2nd semester as a freshman and lifted all through high school and still do today...
Why I Love It:
because it makes me feel good when people, especially girls, comment on my body. but mostly i work out to get stronger, not just LOOK big, and i want to be some kind of fighter in the near future
How I Stay Motivated:
getting new PR's... mirrors... when ppl say they wished they had my physique... stuff like that...

4-6 on heavy days for strength... and 8-10 with strict form on lighter days for size...

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
2-3 min on heavy days because my focus is to be able to complete the next lift... and about 1.5 min on lighter days to focus more on forcing blood to the muscles and getting a PUMP!

12/15 - 1st time... i took 4 caps (2000mg) of PEA today, but not quite on an empty stomach, and it was about an hour before my interview for a 2nd job... i was already getting into reading a book called "The Secret" so before i even took the pills i was feeling better about...
