My Workout Program
60 - 65 minutes of Hammerstrength, Cybex, and Free weights targeting all muscle groups in a "flex routine" format. I never know what I'm going to workout until I walk into the gym. My body muscles stay nice and confused. Over the six day period I complete about 2 1/2 TOTAL body workouts. ABS are done every day (I love 'em) - light day...then heavy day...then light, etc.
Then approx 7-8 minutes of cardio elliptical (set to agressive hill climb) to finish daily workout. I don't do alot of cardio....I'll disappear!
All excercises vary if my "body talks to me". If it hurts, I give it another day before working it again.
