How I Started:
After I lost 25 lbs from dieting in early 2005, I got sick of looking at "Skin and bones" and decided in March 2007 that I wanted to replace the body fat with added muscle by 'pumpin iron.
Why I Love It:
It feels great, and I can see visable progress.
How I Stay Motivated:
By feeling healthy, being around other people who share the same goals, and, of course,......the mirror.
