How I Started:
Worked out all my life on/off. Was very athletic in my teens. When I was in HS, our school purchased weight training equip for gym as an elective. I've been fascinated with lifting/muscle development since.
Why I Love It:
I love watching my body transform. I love the look of muscles on a woman...I find it extremely sexy!
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm 40 soon to be 41 (4/29) and I feel this is my last shot at perfection (tee hee!) I've got to go for the goal and this time...I won't stop till I get there, no matter how long it takes. In the past, if I didn't get what I was looking for in a certain amount of time, I just gave up. I realize that this is a "life" change and every body is different...therefore, it'll take as long as it takes! That's what keeps me motivated.

Lost 18 lbs since 1/5/08. More to come!!!
*UPDATE* 5/29/08 - MADE IT TO GOAL WEIGHT OF 155lbs!!! NEW GOAL WEIGHT IS 145 lbs (FITNESS PRO LEVEL BODY) by July 1, 2008!

Goal (Long):
Lose Fat around my butt/thigh area...sculpt. Increase size of my hamstrings. I have large quads, but small hamstrings. I want my hamstrings to be enormous!
haha well thank you! It does seem to get a lot of attention. I'll have to take some next time :) Good luck to you too! I am excited...I'm meeting with Tracey Greenwood tonight, she's a pro in the IFFB.
Don't feel too bad! I was away since Thursday and got back today and completely got off track. I had way too much junk and took a week off from exercising last week so I am going to try to start back up tomorrow.
