How I Started:
Worked out all my life on/off. Was very athletic in my teens. When I was in HS, our school purchased weight training equip for gym as an elective. I've been fascinated with lifting/muscle development since.
Why I Love It:
I love watching my body transform. I love the look of muscles on a woman...I find it extremely sexy!
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm 40 soon to be 41 (4/29) and I feel this is my last shot at perfection (tee hee!) I've got to go for the goal and this time...I won't stop till I get there, no matter how long it takes. In the past, if I didn't get what I was looking for in a certain amount of time, I just gave up. I realize that this is a "life" change and every body is different...therefore, it'll take as long as it takes! That's what keeps me motivated. *EDIT* All my "haters" keep me oh so motivated!
BB Accomplishments:
*UPDATE* Reached 144lbs 10/6/08...surpassing original goal of 155 and subsequent goal of 145! NEW GOAL is 140lbs of complete lean body mass by November 30th! YES, I...CAN!!!!

Goal (Long):
Making great progress with abs, glutes and overall size of thighs. Still need to gain muscle, size and strength on hamstrings and glutes. Have started weight training Sept 08...Going to COMPETE in 2009. Will need to focus on building glutes...as they are weak now. BF is now at 14.4%..new goal - 12% for COMP!
I can't believe I just found the comments section of my profile and saw your response back from August! Sorry for taking so long to get back to you...I tried the Napalm, but didn't see great results. I bought two bottles at the time, so I still have one left. I'm thinking about giving it a try when I get my bf% down a bit further. I may have been too high at the time to notice a big difference. You're still looking great! Keep me posted on any new tips you come across:)

Hey hon! Yeah I'm good thanks. Training is dire! I've put on a few pounds because I work for a dessert company >_> now I gotta start getting my diet straight again and saying no to "taste tests" LOL. You look awesome (as usual). I haven't posted for a while but I will. xxx
