my best friend/roommate and i got gym memberships, got serious about shaping up, and have been continually self educating and loving fitness ever since.
Why I Love It:
the way it makes me look and feel. i like feeling strong, healthy, and taking pride in my body and myself. it has taught me a lot about perseverance and discipline.
How I Stay Motivated:
reading about other peoples fitness transformations. seeing how far other people have come and how many years elite athletes have maintained focus makes me feel like anything is attainable. diet is the hardest part.. eating perfectly and saying no in an imperfect world full of garbage is easier said than done!
BB Accomplishments:
lost five percent body fat, gained energy, muscle, and a new body shape (and a nice, big ass haha).
ugh i was doing so well! i was dedicated and finally showing results. look, little abs showing! then vacation happened. i am shocked at how fast i fell back into old habits. :(
My focus recently has shifted to really shaping and lengthening my muscles. I have yet to reach my goals as far as body fat reduction, but I am confident that I can get there. i NEED to stick to my diet. plain and simple.
first off, a girl should always be inspired by her husband. hahahaha... this guy is awesome through and through, and im soooo glad were friends. :) plus, look at him. hes f'n chiseled, even after two back injuries. hes my favorite. :)
because she is the loveliest best friend and roommate a girl could ask for. DUH. plus shes super strong. stronger than me, as she demonstrated this morning. ;)

yeah i was the same way. i just started doin cardio agian last week and i had swine a little over a month ago haha. granted i only do cardio like once a week haha. things are goin good though. life is good the workouts are great so i cant really complain

I'm doing good. Just sitting at work. Now, your profile says 224. That usually is your one time max. Even in you typed in say 155 for 10 reps. It will calculate your max effort. Just take a look at it. I bet you could. What are you working on currently?
yeah, its tough in the winter bec your body stores more water and even fat if you live somewhere cold. Im from NJ, so its been some cold weather up here for a few weeks..Where r u from?
