I have been working out off and on for the last 3 years. I did allot of weight lifting in high school though, for health and skiing.
Why I Love It:
I love being active and trying new things. I want to stay active the rest of my life. I want to be in shape and feel great about my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by reading oxygen magazine and Muscle and Fitness for Her and through the support of my husband. I also give myself 1 playday a week. I definitely have certain exercises I like allot more than others. So to keep myself on my program I do my scheduled weightlifting days. Then I have 1 day a week that I do what ever I want from dancing to Leg Extensions, I crank my music and just have fun with it.

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Monica Brandt. She focuses on fitness and being healthy. I really like that. She has a complete confidence and yet there seems to be no arrogance or stuck up attitude.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Why I like this video: I have been an avid skier since I was 12. It is a passion and I have been distracted with life for about 8 years and this next year my goal is to learn snowboarding and go skiing at least twice.

Hey girl!! Thanks for the protein pancake video! I've always wondered how to actually make them! One question. Does the aspartame or the splenda in the syrup make you feel bloated?
There may be no better feeling than the one you get after a good workout with weights. Try to push yourself to be the best that you can be and you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur.
I wish you much success in achieving your goals.
