Lol,if I wasn't in that Muscle Tech contest I wouldn't that many.My cardio is just a mix of walking,jogging and sprinting and also I do some uphill sprints.My diet is just the chicken breats,fish,lean turkey,oatmeal,sweet potatoes,brown rice.I don't have a set menu,I just whatever I feel like at the time.

You got too do, what you got too do! don't let it bother you taking a week off. It's can be beneficial mentally and physically. It will help you recalibrate your body. LOL. I just recently decided to compete this year, but I started following bodybuilding probably after Mike hit his second retirement. I don't really hoop anymore. The new strength let me post up guys my size and maybe a little bigger. The guys much bigger than me, I just use my speed. Anyway, New baby, job and wife=lots of responsibility. It's easier for me cause I just worry about myself. You're doing good. I see you slimming up in those progress pics!
