I started lifting because I was tired of being fat! and wanted to get stronger. I've always wanted to be a pro lifter someday ya never know!
Why I Love It:
I like the feeling of accomplishment I get out of lifting, it a positive thing to feel that pump.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by seeing progress. bigger arms fuller chest, just an overall strength gain. to the chick that called me fat, and the ppl that gave up on me when I needed them most and said I couldn't do it.... how do ya like me now!! that is my motivation!
BB Accomplishments:
I've been sober since may 28 06.
bought a bowflex. I love it, been training for a month and a half on it, all i need now is a few free weights.
lifting keeps me involved in something constructive. I've maxed deads for 440, unfortunatly I'm not doing deads to max anymore. just to keep up with the gains of the body as a whole.

After about 6 months of telling myself that having this bowflex was the best thing for me and turning around to be the worst screw ever I've just opened a membership to the local gym to the town I just moved to called iron house, I've heard alot about it good and bad the good for me is that...

Sorry for the late reply been having a little computer issues so haven't been on as much as I would have liked. Everything is going well for me; trying to pick it up a little bit more in the gym though. Need to start a new lifting routine so that I can start to lean out and feel more confident about myself again. Hope all is going well from you and I have an update of awesome things happening with you.
Thank ya :) I'm working on gaining some muscle mass so i don't look so damn skinny...LOL. Funny, i was able to fit into my sisters jeans and she has always been the skinny one in the family.
