How I Started:
Gym class my sophmore year of highschool had a bunch of the jocks in my class. they begged our teacher to let us lift 3 times a week, rather than the usual one. I quickly gained size and strength, while gaining the respect of the jocks. Soon after, girls would notice my muscle, and I have been addicted ever since.
Why I Love It:
I love to look as good as possible at all times. I really enjoy having people compliment me on my body. Not to mention, I love the way you can see actual improvement in your body, and your strength.
Gain as much muscle possible in the next 6 months, while not having to cut too much body fat at the end.
Goal (Long):
i want to gain around 20 pounds of solid, quality muscle, after cutting. i would like to be 185 lbs with less than 10% body fat. i am going to give myself one full year of CLEAN bulking, then 5 months to cut.

i have been sick for the past 2 days... this blows
i was at 180 for a while, but seems like a steady 177. 15 1/4 on arms. calves are still 15. i def got lats. i did 225 4 times. i hadnt done that in a while since i had been cutting for so long.
im actually trying to stay lean and add mass, its working quite well, im just hoping it continues..

yeah I actually went last night. Officially takin a break from the herb to work out more. I don't have the proper motivation yet but im lookin for some new peeps to work out with. No one to push me like u did... lol
