How I Started:
I have been been an active hiker, backpacker and mountain climber my entire life. I only starting lifting a few years ago after reading Body for Life. I have been skinny all my life and I am on a mission to gain mass and bulk.
Why I Love It:
Working out helps me block out the other stresses of life. I enjoy how I feel during and after working out. It gives me self-confidence about the way I look and feel.
How I Stay Motivated:
People here keep me motivated. I chart my progress so I can see results. Progress pics also keep me motivated and let me know anything is possible.
