I do basic push ups, pull ups and chin ups at home. I have a huge log in backyard where I lift it up and throw it down for 10 reps in 4 sets to work the shoulders, traps, and upper back muscles. I jog up and down a hill with weight vest which adds more resistance. You should try some of these exercises outside the gym one day. It helps build muscle size, strength, and endurance allot.
Lifting is going great. Some exercises I do outside at the gym now because it's allot more challenging for me than being in the gym and using the same equipment over and over again. I don't want to lose motivation at all. BTW, I added you as a inspiration on my profile if you don't mind. Read it when you get a chance.
just learning my body man.. i have to do like 12-16 compound sets and 8 iso sets to burn out. i never did that many sets but i guess thats from 12 years of workiing out
What's up? I see that you are still taking bodybuilding very seriously. Very good and you are only 15 years old. I'm still bulking, the only thing is that I'm a vegetarian and don't eat meat and fish. It's going to be a bit difficult to consume plenty of protein. However, I'm not complaining and can handle it.
follow the theory in the book Hardcore Bodybuilding: A scientific Approach... Really intense multi workout program based on training all parts of muscle fiber
