Its your choice on what you'd rather do, but usually the pills are pretty good size especially with monohydrate.

You eat red meat dont you? Steaks, ground beef? Then your already taking creatine. Its also in some beans. Creatine taken by the recommended dose. Wont hurt you. But it will make a difference when you supplement it. But dont take my word for it. Do some research. Remember Knowledge Is Power!

Man you can go broke buying all the supplements thats out today. I would stick with the basics at first. Protein powder, creatine and glutamine. Those are the three I never go without. And yes they make a difference.

Man I think 3-5 reps is too low in my opinion. I would stay between 6-10 for mass building.
