Hey Craig,
I'm not going to be competing again until next spring (a show in May, and one in June). I'm hoping to use the time 'off' to put on some quality size and improvements. What are your thoughts on competing 'too much'? I know you're an old hand at this compared to me, but being aware of areas I need to bring up, it just seemed that my time would be better used to remedy the situation instead of hoping back onstage again. What do you think? (am I being too analytical? -lol)

Sup bro, I'm thinking of maybe doing a natty show in the spring if I can hold onto my LBM as I diet down. Hit 188 the other day, down from 205, so it's slow going, but a few more lbs, and I'll have to assess what shows and what weight class I'm thinking bout.
