Fit Status:  I'll be starting the P90X program by Tony Horton on the 23rd of February. I seriously think it's gonna be an Amazing workout. Wish me luck.

How I Started:
Got invited by a friend. At first I didn't care for it much, of course because of the soreness but I overcame that and from there on out I liked it. I still have a way to go but I have the drive and determination to get where I want to be, hopefully. JK
Why I Love It:
I like working out because of the feeling afterward. The tightness and just knowing you gave it your all while there. The comments are nice also.
How I Stay Motivated:
Being older and holding my own with the young ones in the gym. Being able to keep up is AWESOME at my age. Oh, and also change.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet. But I have gotten much stronger and feel AMAZING.

Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
1st one that came to mind was Jamie Eason. WOW, I love her looks and her physique is WOW, WOW WOW. No doubt!!

Vin Diesel is a pretty bad dude but so is Mr. Crank himself (Jason Statham). That boys got some thick muscle.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Just visualize myself and thinking how I'm gonna feel after that gruesome workout. The pump I'm gonna get and the feel of just being at the gym. Pure enjoyment. YEAH!!!
