How I Started:
Got invited by a friend. At first I didn't care for it much, of course because of the soreness but I overcame that and from there on out I liked it. I still have a way to go but I have the drive and determination to get where I want to be, hopefully. JK
Why I Love It:
I like working out because of the feeling afterward. The tightness and just knowing you gave it your all while there. The comments are nice also.
How I Stay Motivated:
Being older and holding my own with the young ones in the gym. Being able to keep up is AWESOME at my age. Oh, and also change.

None yet. But I have gotten much stronger and feel AMAZING.

Vin Diesel is a pretty bad dude but so is Mr. Crank himself (Jason Statham). That boys got some thick muscle.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Just visualize myself and thinking how I'm gonna feel after that gruesome workout. The pump I'm gonna get and the feel of just being at the gym. Pure enjoyment. YEAH!!!
it went well :] im starting to eat more now so hopefully i put on a bit more muscle :] and no you didnt lose me as a friend :] any friend who tells me im pretty is a keeper haha ;D
haha i dont have a bf lol :] the doc says may take 2-3 months to heal, and im gonna need physical therapy :] oh i wana see myself on the cover of Oxygen too :D hahahahahahahah one day..... :]
lol nooooo :D hahaha :] i stepped wrong, tripped, fell, hit things, and tore up my tendons, bones are constantly misplacing themselves... yucky stuff like that :]
