When I Started:
How I Started:
Well it all started when I noticed I was the smallest on my baseball team. Now granted i was one of the youngest, but I just wanted to get bigger. So my mom got us a gym membership. I started light just getting the hang of it and now I'm hooked.
Why I Love It:
Well as you've maybe heard previously its a great stress reliever and it really is. I love the feeling and I can't complain with the results.
How I Stay Motivated:
For me it is realy hard to stay motivated. Especially since I wake up and 5:00 am five times a week. It's hard but I stick with it. I'm also one of the youngest person's at the gym. So that realy motivates me. Remember hard work pays off!!!
BB Accomplishments:
I'm obviously to young to compete, but people take notice that I work out and I consider that an acomplishment.

i had two workouts today so im having a day off tomorrow so to give me alittle rest. I dont know whether you seen my new progress photos. but ive lost alittle weight slow going though but its better to burn bodyfat slowly than quickly because you lose that muscle mass if u lose weight too quickly

hey bro its christmas here already and training has been good starting to lose body fat and at the same time gain alittle muscle mass. My younger gets married tomorrow its his stag do tonite so theres been alot of beer and the like. But im standing strong and not been tempted to drink. but my brothers know this so they dont pressure me to drink with them.

you have youth on your side some you have alot of time and one other thing dont take weight gainer yet ok just use a normal healthy diet remember your only 14 and you have time on your side . unlike me

when i was your age i was only around 60 kilograms and when i was high school i was lucky to even be 70kg. Only when i got to 21 i was 90kg but when i hit 30 odd i ended up being 119kg. so some of us maybe late starters. like i said dont be in a rush to get big too soon hell i would like to have your abs bro

kia ora bro hey dont worry about getting more pounds because your still growing and in time you will develope my advice to you if want to gain weight is too eat more but good lean meat and add abit more carbs aswell and soon enough you will get bigger
