How I Started:
I play football at my high school and i had football p.e. and we started working out and from their i just loved to workout so ive been doing it ever since my freshmen year.
Why I Love It:
i just love the competition and the braging rights of how much u bench and all...i love to workout i enjoy it and i love to stay fit and gain muslce.
How I Stay Motivated:
just lookin at pics of these huge bodybuilders are watching videos of people bench pressing 800 pounds.
