I've worked out on and off, but i got motivated because i'm on a deployment and I can't think of anything better to do than get my body ready for the upcoming bball season

Goal (Long):
I'm very disappointed in myself! I've fallen off the train completely! My body is not bad but its nothing like it used to be. I've been all over the world with the military and along the way i've slowly and gradually put my workouts off to the side. I want my old body back. I have 44 days starting today until my next school starts so its all up to me!!! I'm ready!!!
