this was taken when i first started out 238 pounds with too munch bodyfat.Still have a hard time eating the right foods nutrition a big problem with me losing weight
still at 238lbs having troulbe with eating the right foods
I want to lose about 40lbs and gain muscle
My goal is to have a six pack
Goal (Long):
Most of my life i have been playing sports and staying in shape. But sense i got older and now have a family with 3 kids i have gained a lot of weight with a full time job and a physical one i'm always tired when i get home and never have time to go to the gym. Most of my friends are fat so they don't want to workout either. Basicly I'm by myself when it comes to lose weight my goal is to lose this weight by summer 2010, however its hard to stay motiviated by yourself i hope joinnign this bodyspace can give me the right tools to get back into shape
