Since the 15th of April and today being the 22 of April; I only lost 5lbs. I haven't changed my eating habits, however I don't eat anything fired or sweets. I get on the elliptical for an hour 5 days a week.
I want to lose fat faster. I can see a difference in the top of my stomach, however...
