When I Started:
Aug, 2007
How I Started:
It's been an up and down battle with training over the last 15 years. A lot of it was hit or miss. With my last shoulder injury, I swore to myself that I would only train with a trainer or not train at all. Well the time has come and I am full out with an extremely strong trainer who is taking me places I never thought were imaginable.
Why I Love It:
It's a rush... I love the dedication and determination needed to succeed. I am very driven and it only tests my abilities to work harder and to stay focused.
How I Stay Motivated:
Tell everyone that you're competing and then get your staff to buy tickets to your show really early so you have absolutely no choice but to go through with it. Works every time!

To compete in the 2009 New Brunwick Bodybuilding Championships in Fredericton, NB.
