I've been doing sports since the age of 5 (wrestling). Through all of my life I've trained in Judo and SAMBO, but quited two years ago (sep.2007) following shoulder injury. I've started gym training at the age of 18 as a self-preparation for the military service, and continued to train during the service. After retirement I've switched to powerlifting (2003-2007) and quited because of mentioned above injury during Judo training. Now (Sep.2009) I'm back to gym for natural bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
It's my life! G-d gave us three things: soul, mind and body! but only in the free-ware demo version. It's up to us if we upgrade those to the full-version or stay with the demo!
How I Stay Motivated:
Most of my friends and colleages do sports and I watch videos of bodybuilders when the feeling of laziness takes over.
BB Accomplishments:
not yet.
