Was a dancer growing up, then decided to compete in fitness. Did ok at few shows and overtrained myself 10 years ago. For the past 10 years havent competed but always exercised on a regular (at least 5 days / week) basis.
I want to have 17% BF by Dec 31, 2009 and 15% BF by March 2010
Goal (Long):
I want to compete in bikini competition in February 2010 with 15% BF. I am now 20.9% I will drop 4% before the year ends and 2% BF more before my competition.
Hopefully if I share what I have done to my body this weekend, I will feel better. Lets see.
Also, the entire week I was not religious with my diet and cheated 5 days out of 7. The food discrepancy from my sample menu was not that drastic and therefore I was feeling ok the next day....
I think that you will want to lower the rep count for the lower body as in my eyes you want to build up the leg muscles to add more shape and tone. I would do leg extensions and curls to start like normal, then only 3 sets with the 1st 2 to 10 and the third should be hard to get 8 and if you get 10 you have to increase weight a bit. What you do is fine excersize wise, just finish off with lunges.
Yes, that's my wife in the pic. I had to change the title of it. She is a NPC nationally qualified BB and is trying for her Natural procard this May. So I looked a few of your pics and I would suggest that you should start doing some more squats and some leg extensions and curls. Will add more shape to your lower half. So you know I will be looking at your diet stuff and getting back with you on a diet plan by the end of this week hopefully. Good luck
Lol...food is everyones downfall! Just take it one day at a time and try to win most of the battes. I am addicted to terrible food by I fight it. You look great for someone who struggles with eating.
how is the progress from over the weekend? Will get you some more details on diet in the next week or two, I got married this weekend so have been and will be busy for a couple more weeks. Just letting you know that i haven't forgotten
