Was a dancer growing up, then decided to compete in fitness. Did ok at few shows and overtrained myself 10 years ago. For the past 10 years havent competed but always exercised on a regular (at least 5 days / week) basis.
It is my hobby and my lifestyle.

weekend overeating confession

Posted in Training : Dec 28, 2010 10:06pmWeighting 125.8 lb on Friday morning set me up with a good mood for the day and upcoming weekend. I felt lighter and happy, ready to conquer the world. This was in the morning before I realized that all my girlfriends are away from the city and I am left with no plans for the night. That smelled like trouble. Being at home on Friday night meant staying up late, surfing the net, watching “on demand” and fighting psychological hunger.
The results were 1 to 0 - hunger won.
Friday was supposed to be a low carb day. I did my 45 minute cardio over lunch.
