My goal is to lose 25 pounds of fat within six months and keep the muscle that I currently have.
Goal (Long):
All of my life I have been wanting to have a body that I can be proud of. I don't want to settle for being average! I want to have a six pack and feel confident around my wife. I want my arms to bulge from under my sleeves. I would like to be 185 pounds, with 12% bodyfat, and be able to do at least 225 on the bench press. I know with full dedication I can do this in the next 12 months.
Why I like this video: It just makes me want it...really bad, and if somone else can reach this level,,,well it's just a matter of work and time and I will get there
Welp took my measurements again today and ran the numbers on LBM to see how I was comming along...since weight is not an acurate indicator of progress. When I started on 7/27 I was 200lbs w/ a BMI of 31% so I was 138 lbs of muscle and 62 lbs of fat. Now today I'm 188.5lbs and a BMI of 21.8% so...
I am so sorry to hear about your injury -- just rest up and take it easy <-- and that statement is coming from someone who went to the gym with crutches and a broken ankle LOL - It tough to take it easy I know - hang in there -
