Started training because I was 6'2 and 130 pounds. It was necessary.
Why I Love It:
It's in my heart and soul. If I was going to quit I would have after the 2nd shoulder surgery.
How I Stay Motivated:
My motivation used to be just to be big and strong, now my motivation is to actually look like I work out.

I think it's possible to stay reasonably lean and add mass. I'd like to be 225 @ 8% bodyfat.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
My shoulder suck. 2 clavical distensions and one bad rotator cuff.
3-4 years. Lots of rest and taking it slow.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
I don't think one specifically, but poor form is dangerous on any exercise.
