How I Started: Started training because I was 6'2 and 130 pounds. It was necessary.
Why I Love It: It's in my heart and soul. If I was going to quit I would have after the 2nd shoulder surgery.
How I Stay Motivated: My motivation used to be just to be big and strong, now my motivation is to actually look like I work out.
BB Accomplishments: Competed in Powerlifting from 1995-1998.

Goal (Long): My longterm goal is to keep my bodyfat down and continually add lean muscle back on my frame. I think it's possible to stay reasonably lean and add mass. I'd like to be 225 @ 8% bodyfat.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 25 lb

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
My shoulder suck. 2 clavical distensions and one bad rotator cuff.
3-4 years. Lots of rest and taking it slow.

The last two weeks have been interesting to say the least. I have had to take a little time off the gym.  My son gave me his cold or flu or something that lasted about 10 days. I still have kept my diet going good for the last two weeks and managed to maintain my 210 pounds.  Tomorrow I get...
