man same ole same ole Wednesday will be the last training day for the year then hope to start the new year with a bang and stick to my plan and lol @ you were up to something btw any critique on my avi let me know what to work on thanks man

thanks for the info man so would my normal shoulder routine bring out my side delts or are there specific exercises that can help thanks

o cool well i will try for a cleaner diet after the xmas holiday i stopped doing abs for a while now will reintroduce my ab routine come mid January got my plans all laid out hopefully they work

how did you manage to gain the size and remain so lean at the same time? i keep fearing if i do cardio i might loose weight btw reached 200 yet?

good to hear my training is very simple sticking to the basics training 4 times a week concentrating on my weak areas mainly lower chest so I have incorporated dips and rely heavily on the push up routine used by abdominator here on bodyspace and legs while trying to bring out my lats and bring my biceps in line with my biceps

yo mike wassup i think taking that little break really worked for me pretty much have back my all my strength and gained some weight hope i can keep the momentum going how are things on your end
