I have been slacking in a major way in the gym now its time to get back on track and stop being lazy. I need to get back that feeling the motivation to lift again and do it consistently November 9th is d day
My diet has been real simple so far. I was naturally ectomorphic so I eat anything I can get my hands on but I make sure I get my daily requirements of protein intake. That along with doing core exercises 2X week for 30 mins keeps me looking real lean. Nah dropped back down to 197, I'm usually fluctuating 3 pounds or so.
Upper and outter chest look good! Lats are coming out too! Your tri's and front delts have always been soo good, I think you should bring out the sides delts to match your chest. That's a problem that I'm running into right now as well, with my side delts lagging behind my chest.
Oh, you'll be able to keep it going. Rest always seems to make things better. Its why I think it'll be a part of my life every 4 weeks. Good to hear you're back in there. LOL, I am as well and have been consistent for about a week now.

Yep but I have to make sure it's quality muscle and not just water fluctuation. Shoulders are look wide in your avi. How the chest training coming along?
Yeah, it definitely is a challenge with all the good food coming! Just have to hit the cardio more. Hope u are having a good weekend. I'm looking forward to playing some b-ball on sunday!
Ok, sounds good! As for me, took 2 months off and just got back at it yesterday! Hoping to kill it the next two months, and re-evaluate where I stands January 15. Also hoping to brake the 100 lbs loss barier!
