lol, don't worry I think you can hit that goal in a year. It's all about consistency from my experience. I remember I got a half inch(not pumped) from just upping my protein intake. Guess I wasn't getting enough for my criteria then. I just like setting small goals so I stay hungry for results.
That sounds like a plan. I would make smaller goals in mind and let the small goals add up to a major one. Don't worry though, you got dat der CellTech to help you out

It is. I'm crazy. I have a long ritual I go through before I go and sometimes I go over, thus the reason I'm usually going this late.
LOL, that ritual is called a nap and meals. :-D
LOL, I haven't been to the gym since christmas eve. LOL, i need to make my new split but eh, I'm going to head off to the gym and do something. What though? Not sure. We'll see in a second.
Instead of starting shoulder routines with presses, you can start with side lateral raises or upright rows(with a should width or wider grip.) This has helped me get wider, because I focus on that aspect first when I'm freshest.

At any rate, I'd say work on those traps, shoulders, and arms. Of course there's always legs because no one ever has big enough legs in most cases.

My diet has been real simple so far. I was naturally ectomorphic so I eat anything I can get my hands on but I make sure I get my daily requirements of protein intake. That along with doing core exercises 2X week for 30 mins keeps me looking real lean. Nah dropped back down to 197, I'm usually fluctuating 3 pounds or so.
Upper and outter chest look good! Lats are coming out too! Your tri's and front delts have always been soo good, I think you should bring out the sides delts to match your chest. That's a problem that I'm running into right now as well, with my side delts lagging behind my chest.
