It was productive! I took some of my models to a hip hop festival and we promoted my event. We made some great connections. It was so hot though! How about yours?

Been reduced to only cardio for a while while I reover. But I will start a mini-bulk for a few weeks then a cut. I can get back to weights next week! Thanks for asking, abs looking a lot like candy-YUMMY!

what up. as i kid i did 100 push ups a night until I started lifting weights and now I do heavy lifts the majority of the time no more than 12 reps. hope this helps out.
