Been away from the gym a lot the past 2 weeks. Been outta town twice on Gov't travel orders. In the meantime, noticed a couple of pains (lower back and shoulder)that I had looked at today. And I was making such great progress 3 weeks ago! How you doin, Mon?
Hey there...All is well...ok maybe i lie. I strained my back lst week so it slowed me down TREMENDOUSLY. Actually brought me to an abrubt HALT. Trying to get back in it quickly though as I hvae major work to do b4 cropover. How is everything downt here? feeling the vibz yet?
Ha ha, see. My boy down there trying to get me to move says it would be good for me to relax down there. Seems like a wonderful place and I can get my training done. :-)

Hey Baje! I do a mixture of dumbbell and barbell work for chest. I find that dumbbell work provides better shape of the chest and shoulders (due to the supportive/assistive nature of dumbbell work). And I rely on barbell bench press for power movements where I train with heavier weights. Your overall conditioning looks good. I recommend switching it up and if you need a copy of my workout, I have a link to my website in my profile.
yup...all u have to do is say the word soca and carnival and im hyped :) Workouts have been coming along slowly since i am only now starting to get semi serious but hopefully all will work out well. Hope u feel better soon.
Man you gotta get those abs back, and I gotta get some. Every now and then I'll see 4 (upper abs), but lower abs are still hidden by fat! Keep in touch man; imma add you to communicate every now and then.
Been out of town for a few days. Training's going ok. Had 3 good days in a row last week. Looks like my chest is gettin a little bigger and my waist a little smaller.

Man, training is going good. Along with all this dieting. Hhhmmm, you're in barbados. I keep joking with nark that I'm going to move over there soon. I'm actually quite serious about it but its a long ways off. How is training going for you on the beautiful island of yours you call home?
