I have been slacking in a major way in the gym now its time to get back on track and stop being lazy. I need to get back that feeling the motivation to lift again and do it consistently November 9th is d day
Yeah, it definitely is a challenge with all the good food coming! Just have to hit the cardio more. Hope u are having a good weekend. I'm looking forward to playing some b-ball on sunday!
Ok, sounds good! As for me, took 2 months off and just got back at it yesterday! Hoping to kill it the next two months, and re-evaluate where I stands January 15. Also hoping to brake the 100 lbs loss barier!
Yeah, I knew 3 weeks out what my mistakes were, but I needed another 3 weeks to correct them. I made a lot of improvements that I am proud of. My legs and lats came up alot.
Muscle memory is a great thing. Don't over do it this week though. Ah, you're young. You'll bounce back quick.
Your muscle memory will kick back in and it'll be like riding a bike. You will be fine! As for the comp, I didn't get lean enough to contend. I made the error of eating too much protein which equals to many calories. I had done this before for my second show, but hadn't realized my mistake. Now I know. I had to go into light heavyweight instead of the middleweight. Held my own, I thought. To to it off, my CD didn't play and I had to pose to house music :(
I struggle in the last 2 months because I got my wisdom teeth pull over a month took time off from the gym them I caught the shingles and there are very painful, so I another week off. I just started back this week hitting it very hard. So how is everything going
Nope :( it was pilates or yoga. My normal specialist didn't see me, so the high risk specialist wants me to ask my regular OB when/if she thinks it's ok. Ironically though exercise improves circulation which combats blood clots which they caused in the first place.
hah, man, I've been so inconsistent. This week has been good though and I think I'm back in the swing of things.
Luckily the food and I was pretty darn good so I'm not too upset by that. You probably won't be that bad on monday.
