I basically started out looking to change my body, I have learned alot along the way, and continue to find better more effective ways of getting results through reading and talking to others.
Why I Love It:
I like to feel good about my body, get compliments, and have an outlet for my frustrations and energy
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by thinking of all the times people said I was "fat", "weak", or not tough enough to take the competition. I always felt that if I could have a better body than others, then I could always be confident in all situations physically and mentally.
Well, I have been working out randomly for the last 2, almost 3 years now, but just recently became 100% comitted and serious this last January. I am currently on a shock routine provided in the most recent issue of Muscle and Fitness.
Currently this is my shock routine, which is a 4 week routine. After the 4 weeks, I will return to my previous routine. This routine is directly from the latest edition of Muscle and Fitness. Currently I am in week 2:
It works great man, it is the best Creatine product I have tried thus far. As for the whole workout thing, I take NO-Explode pre-workout, and then follow my workout with the cell mass and protien. I have gained some major mass and strength in the past few months.

I take the cellmass immediatly after working out then 30 minutes later i have a shake with dextrose and whey protein, then my postworkout meal about 1hr later.
Yeah this is an awesome site. I've been working out seriously since the end of February. Haven't been able to lift heavy for a month because of a pulled muscle in my back. Later!
