I started lifting in my freshmen yr in high school for basketball, but didn't get serious til I was 18yrs old
Why I Love It:
It justy makes me feel good inside and out. I feel and look healthy
How I Stay Motivated:
I see people everyday who are out of shape and I never want to be one of them. I dont want to be ordinary.
