Back, chest, delts, bi's and tri's, legs and calves all split between mon-friday with weekends off from weights unless i feel the need to do a light day for a laggin body part.
thats good to hear, the key to this is making it your hobby and a priority and to make time for it, unfortunately for me i havent worked out since december because i ruptured tendons in both of my knee's...good luck
oh **** I just got what u said:) I feel so stupid. Forgive me today I am riding the short bus.... Other then that I an doing fine:) hope all is well with you.
Sounds like a lot to deal with. How are you handling it? I am good. I am going on a year of consistent working out and solid eating. I'm down almost 4o pounds and steadily putting on muscle. My appetite has picked up, so it's always nice to have a double protein shake or another meal.
Sorry to hear that with the family and all...but glad to see you met your goals and back at. Remember, what's done is done, but you have a choice to change things from that point on.
