Overall Goal: to be down to 140lbs (at the high end of goal). Once I hit 140lbs, possibly try for 120lbs. We will see. Has been a hard 2 years, want to reach goal ASAP!
Fit Status:
It's gonna be Thanksgiving and I will remain on goal! Especially since I am a picky eater anyway...and hate Pumpkin Pie!
I have always been athletic all my life. I played Basketball for 13yrs and Softball for 13yrs. Always have loved biking, hiking, surfing, snowboarding (just learned last winter).
Why I Love It:
I wouldn't say I love it, but, when done right, I like the results. Also, the exercise endorphin high doesn't hurt. Ha!
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking at old pictures of myself. I cannot believe I had let myself go like that. When I feel like I have acomplished nothing, I go back to that.
BB Accomplishments:
I have lost over 100lbs in approx 18mths all naturally. With diet and exercise and absolutely no supplements. Only since Oct. 2009 have I started using supplements.

Goal (Long):
well. have really fallen off track lately and gained 20lbs since Nov 2008. I want to re-lose that 20 in the next 2 mths.
Because we definitely can relate and we are soooo much alike..everyday it is a challenge for you and me, and you completely understand how hard of a battle it is. And I like that!
Well, I figured it was just easier to lay it all out here! So, here is what I do all week!! Feel free to throw in a comment...I need feedback, as always!

Thanks badgirlpro. The weight has been going down little by little. I try not to stress too much about the daily fluctuations or any bloating.I just try to analyze my salt and water intake when it happens.

That does seem hard.But then you have say that im going to get it done.Try to visualize yourself at the gym & grindin out that last rep or doing the eliptical knowing that the weight loss is coming.Then you'll know that you can do it.
