How I Started:
I joined a local gym with some friends a few years ago and was hooked ever since.
Why I Love It:
Cardio and weight training make me feel so good about myself and its awesome to look in the mirror and see results or realize you've developed a muscle you did'nt see before! And it only makes sense to improve the body and fuel it rite!
How I Stay Motivated:
By having people who are motivated like me to keep at it,Changing up my routines and keeping records of my improvement.

Took this pic for fun, needed to have a full body shot to start progress pics so i thought id use this one, 120 lbs, not much muscle yet.

Goal (Long):
As far as goals I want to be able to rock a bikini this summer. I am petite but wasn't always in the best of shape so I'd like to have alot of definition by the time warm weather hits. I don't just want to be one of those women that is skinny I want people to look at me and know that I work my butt off at the gym and that this body didn't come easy, hence the reason not everyone has one like it! Also I need to eat way healthier than i am so i can see muscles and definition!

Why I like this video: i'd love to learn how to pole dance for fitness and upper body strength, this lady has an amazing body and i am working on becoming as flexible as her.
Just browsing through profiles to see how people have accomplished their goals, I am currently working on my goals at getting rid of this thin layer of fat. You have done a great job so far keep up all the great work.

Love your video - that chick is amazing! Check out bobby's pole classes on youtube - she is from Austrailia too. I have a pole at home, but mine doesnt spin like the ones in the videos. I think that makes a big difference. If you get a pole, make sure it spins!!
