How I Started:
I joined a local gym with some friends a few years ago and was hooked ever since.
Why I Love It:
Cardio and weight training make me feel so good about myself and its awesome to look in the mirror and see results or realize you've developed a muscle you did'nt see before! And it only makes sense to improve the body and fuel it rite!
How I Stay Motivated:
By having people who are motivated like me to keep at it,Changing up my routines and keeping records of my improvement.

Goal (Long):
Need to stay motivated to be consistant at the gym and also with eating healthy.I have been wasting too much time not accomplishing anything and I could have had all the results I wanted and more if I had been dedicated this whole time. So my goal is to challenge myself to stick with what ever goals I have set and make time to get to the gym. Also keep my workouts fresh and exciting to see results fast. And to use the motivation and advice from good freinds to keep motivated!

Sorry about the lack of gym time. life sometimes gets in the way. I haven't been to the gym as much lately either. But, you look great so I don't think a few days out of the gym will hurt you too much. Do you have any big summer plans?

I have been GREAT!! Yeah I wish my abs still looked like March 27th..all the time!! Not possible because of the water deplete and carb load..I can only wish thoguh. Thing going well with you and the gym and such?
