As my business load has decreased this year, I intend to take my workouts and nutriotion levels to new levels.
I want to amp up my intesity and frequency of workouts, including my cardio.
I work a weird schedule, so my workouts are wierd.
Some weeks I workout 3 times in a week, some weeks it is 5.
The weeks I workout 3 times, I combo my workouts.
Chest/back
Arms/delts
Legs
O n 5 day workout weeks, I can split more and get a better overall work out.

Yeah I am sure I will be filling it tomorrow. But it was worth it. I got some pic's I will post shortly that I took after the workout. Hey bro those peaks on your bi's are raising up!!!

Hey Brian! I almost have everything together for you...I've been training on my new pt job and it's kicking my butt! LOL...I end up doing two workouts a day! TTYS!
I had put my profile inactive for awhile but I'm BACK and hitting it harder than ever. Doing the new Beachbody program called ChaLEAN Extreme. It's Chalene Johnson the girl that does Turbo Jam with a weight/cardio mix up. its AWESOME and tough. Don't make it through a workout that I don't feel like throwing up LOL but thats probably me pushing to hard.
