ur welcome! yeh its good thanks i've trying to diet down for the next few months want to get to around 6% bodyfat but never done this sort of thing before so trying to workout portions of meat and veg are difficult! and urself?

yeh its good im carb cycling at the moment cos its party time here @ mo drinkin most weekends so only way for me to keep the fat off and party hard! not idea but hey, i start dieting down for cancun on Jan 4th!

hey dawn! just wanna know how u stay so lean while u've been injured. i've put on a lot of unwanted fat tryna keep my muscle while i was injured. are u using a real strict diet or is there exercise as well?
