Im two months into my shin splints rehab program. and its going well! Started off with 30 mins walkin, and every time after that i take off 3 mins of walking and run instead. Just completed 2 mins walkin, 8 mins of running 3 times! Shins slightly sore but i wouldnt say they're painful. First...

It's that crazy fast metabolism. It makes it so hard to gain muscle though. I used to do a TON of cardio and I think I just ignited my metabolism and it just never stopped. :) I have to be careful now not to do too much at all or I drop weight fast. I also eat VERY VERY clean but I do cheat on Saturdays. You look really good!
Hi Reece! My metabolism is a huge factor. I follow a sensible eating regimen year-round. Weight training (legs only).... no cardio (5-10 mins max). But like U, I have lost significant amount of muscle. No worries, I'm liking the SOFTER look anyway. *smile*
