Im two months into my shin splints rehab program. and its going well! Started off with 30 mins walkin, and every time after that i take off 3 mins of walking and run instead. Just completed 2 mins walkin, 8 mins of running 3 times! Shins slightly sore but i wouldnt say they're painful. First...
hey reece, thanks for ur comment. ur right it is a college phase, i only started drinking in second year :s never touched it before. the thing with holding off for a long time is that then it gives u an excuse to get even more shitfaced. that's a good idea though, im gona think about graduating everytime friday night comes around lol
well...
im only doing cardio. the moment i began to lift weights, i bulk way too quickly, and i dont want that.
diet:
bfast-apple or snack bar
lunch-salad or turkey sub
dinner-salad or turkey sub
i snack in between each meal.
workout:
2 mile run
20 mins on elliptical
10 mins on stairmaster
25-30 mins on bike
i do my sit up, crunches, and pull-ups DAILY!!!
If your cardio isnt hitting it...then your diet is lacking somewhere...You need to watch the carbs, keep the protein high, and watch your fat levels. Hit them weights too to maintain the muscle you have.
Thank you so much for the words of support....is true,i am very impatience....but i also make a lot of mistakes....but somehow i left all that behind me,and now i am going on a new journey of 12 weeks clean diet....no cheating allowed...i know i will be looking awsome.
