that pic was taken in 2005 man..i had to stop training for 3years with back problems,i slipped 3 discs at the World powerlifting champs and also due to work commitments.i'm back training now 5months and have gone from 69kg to 80kg at the moment.so its moving on a weekly basis which is a good thing.keep up the training man its paying off!!
