I want to gain quality muscle and bulk up by at least 10lbs!!
Goal (Long):
From a child i always wanted to have a physique like arnold and the motivation & fitness of Bruce Lee.My heaviest weight to reach was 87Kg and i have since dropped to 69kg due to not training for other commitments. Now i am back training and want to gain the weight i was at. it's going good as i have gained 11kg since returning to the gym..

i like to mix it up. My fav are, (1). Lie on flat bench, ass on edge, hold onto bench at sides of head, slowly raise legs, lift hips up off bench, slowly lower legs,add ankle weigts to keep intensity up (2) Hook feet under short bar on low cable, pull knees into chest(3) barbell on shoulders, feet about 4" apart, lean all way to side, pull up with obliques.. Repeat all to failure - - Any tips on your lat width ?
thanks for the add. looks like you are already heading down the right road as fa as size goes. i try to eat clean as much as i can and get my protein in. not always easy. i lift heavy most of the times with a light day every once in a while. just to mix things up. but looks like you have the size down
