this was before i lifted a single weight. im skinny still but then i was super skinny and weak
wow alot better in 2 years. i gained about 20 percent in mass and about 200 percent in strength. im gunning for 185 now

starting back on creatine and trying to eat a whole lot of food and take in as much calories as i can. gonna weigh my self and see if i weigh 180 yet.  also i squated 285 3 times last week. which was the most i ever did. also gonna start using dumbells on my chest and shoulders more. hopefully...

jan through middle of feb i didnt work out b.c i was really sick and i lost about 15 lbs. i droped to about 170 at one point. now im back up to 185 +/- a few. also i weigh myself without clothes on since i have my own weight scale. i use to weigh myself with clothes and shoes on everything which added more than 5 lbs.
