im still skinny but im trying to get more muscler. i like to try to exceed and beat personal records, it makes it more exciting.
How I Stay Motivated:
by looking in the mirror, and the effort and money i put it i dont want to all go to waste.

this was before i lifted a single weight. im skinny still but then i was super skinny and weak
wow alot better in 2 years. i gained about 20 percent in mass and about 200 percent in strength. im gunning for 185 now

jan through middle of feb i didnt work out b.c i was really sick and i lost about 15 lbs. i droped to about 170 at one point. now im back up to 185 +/- a few. also i weigh myself without clothes on since i have my own weight scale. i use to weigh myself with clothes and shoes on everything which added more than 5 lbs.
