How I Started:
I was tired of the yo-yo dieting and being fat, so I decided to make a lifstyle change instead of going on a diet.
Why I Love It:
Because I am going to get my life back and go beyond anything I have ever imagined concerning my goals/spirit/confidence
How I Stay Motivated:
In my short time so far, I just need to look in the mirror or be aware of how awful I feel about the way I look. And...I watch the incredibly inspiring NIKE/Warhawk video on my page.

I read her entries on her personal website and it really "spoke" to me. I was ready to "hear" someone say STOP THE EXCUSES...and that's exactly what she writes. I was glad to hear that it wasn't easy for her either. As someone who has always fought her weight, I would look at others who were in shape and think it must somehow be easier for them. The truth is they (normally) are making much better decisions concerning food/activity. Thanks Chicken Tuna!!

I was super excited when I saw that one scale. I guess you could say I had a ceremony, it was the day we left for Cedar Point so that's was exciting. Then I came home and got sick, so I have to play catch up now!!! :)

Hey hey, just leaving some love. I'm back from orientation which means I'm back to working out finally. I ended up gaining 4lbs or so, but I've already lost some of that, so it wasn't too bad of a month, but my stats didn't go down. How are things on your end?
