How I Started:
I always used to work out for football and rugby, played some pro and semi pro rugby here in Europe. After i started working and stopped playing, i gained a ton of weight and got fat. After 2 years of light rugby and not very intense workout with little results, i decided to get serious in Jan of 2008, proper diet, working out at least 3 days a week etc. So far, so good, i am sticking to the diet, haven't missed a training in months and work out at the very least 4 times a week.

Day 1. 29.12.08 Chest day: after my second set i decided to go for the PB of 402 pounds (181 kgs) and aced it. surprised at how easy it was. probably had another 5 pounds in me, maybe little more. on my way to 200 kgs (440 lbs). pretty proud of myself!
great progress pics man. i know the journey from fat. though you're a bit ahead of me on the definition. impressive man. how much cardio do you do to maintain the defintition?
im doing great thanks! The workouts are getting tougher. Trying to put on some bulk right now. I will try and take more pics soon. Any pointers will help me out!
Yeah like I said it's a love/hate relationship. I love the fact that I can build muscular legs easily. But also can store a lot of fat down there. Thanks Mom! lol
