My supplement program is simple. I take 2.5g of creatine one half hour prior to a weight training session with an apple or banana (so insulin can aid in craetine uptake) . As part of my post-workout shake, I add another 2.5g of creatine and 5g of L-glutamine. I take another 5g of glutamine just prior to bed to prevent as much catabolic activity during sleep.
