What started as a quest to lose weight in High School, quickly became a passion for Nutrition, Strength and Conditioning. Reading, observing, consulting and experimenting are part of my endless need to learn.
Originally from Venezuela, came to the US with the purpose of attending College and playing collegiate football. So far, so good.

Recovery is key. Massages, epsom salts baths, foam rolling, sleep masks, contrast showers, it all adds up. Get a foam roller, The Stick, a tennis/baseball, use them and stay healthy, pain and injury free.

Quite the fat boy during my Senior year in High school.
Physique wise?
I'd like to be a legit 10% at 240lbs at some point.
I will, however, trade athletic achievement over looks any day of the week as long as I'm involved in competitive sports.
hey man, sorry it took so long to get back to you. I have been extremely busy since the trip. It honestly was the best experience of my entire life. I will elaborate on it when i have more time. I am actually writing an artice about it and putting together a slideshow.

Hi there..thanks for your advice on the carbs, it is appreciated. Yesterday before my workout I weighed myself and have lost more weight so I did a huge protein shake with heaps of fruit. Then another afterwards. I like your idea of before and after workout..and gradually building up..thank you!! Belinda
