big_smith hey man, sorry it took so long to get back to you. I have been extremely busy since the trip. It honestly was the best experience of my entire life. Belinda Benn Hi there..thanks for your advice on the carbs, it is appreciated. Yesterday before my workout I weighed myself and have lost more weight so I did a huge protein shake with heaps of fruit. Then another afterwards.
