Background

When I Started: Feb 2009
HOW I STARTED:

In January 09, Looked in the mirror properly when clothes I wanted to wear would not fit. I weighed myself at 164 lbs @ 27% body fat. Been so out of shape I decided to do something about it.

WHY I LOVE IT:

It's changed my life. I have more energy, motivation and a great sense of achievement.

Anabolic Diet - 10th Week

It's now coming up to the end of the 10th week on the Anabolic Diet and it's been excellent. On the 4th week I started a cutting phase and now down to 10.8% body fat whilst retaining all lean mass. Next goal is to carry on cutting until I reach 5%. Then go on a maintainance phase for a couple weeks. Anabolic Diet has worked wonders for me so far and have no doubt that it will continue to do so...

Days 13-16: Anabolic Diet

Today is day 17 and feeling great. A sum up so far Day  13: I woke up and did the depletion workout. Was tough - felt drained at the end. Then for the rest of the day I did my carb load of 4057 kcal with macros of 611g carbs / 124g fats / 129g protein. After breakfast was in a coma on the sofa and feeling sleepy for the reset of the day. Day 14: Switched back to the High Fat / Protein, one day carb load was enough for me. It was nice to have my eggs and bacon in the morning again. Started morning fasted cardio for 45 minutes again. Don't plan to stop this time. When I arrive at the...
