Background
In January 09, Looked in the mirror properly when clothes I wanted to wear would not fit. I weighed myself at 164 lbs @ 27% body fat. Been so out of shape I decided to do something about it.
It's changed my life. I have more energy, motivation and a great sense of achievement.
