Working out has been like a bad rollercoaster! on and off and now on again....After a really long time. I modeled and acted since I was 12, which aided in misguided images and major body issues. Not to mention, just being a girl in this over hyped beauty world can be a bit confusing...That being said I starved my body and soul for many years...I've gone through 2 personal trainers in the distant past...which helped, but I ignored their nutrition pleas...BUT after my second baby..I was FAT! It took me a while, but I'm finally doing it the right way...Thanks to my hubby, he's been my leading force and inspiration. Now I eat every 2 hrs and workout hard.
Why I Love It:
I don't. honestly, it's easier to just not eat! But now that I'm no longer ignorant I have no excuses left!
How I Stay Motivated:
My husband, and the thought of him having sex with me, as a fat chick!!! ew! yucky! And my keikis, I know a healthy mom, mind, body, and soul is a much happier mom, and I want to be able to show them that life is better when your physical self is on the same path as your spiritual one!
