having just had a baby i thought the gym would be somewhere to go for a bit of me time.
Why I Love It:
once going the gym became regular it more became seeing changes in my body and trying to push myself

staying motivated is something iv always found hard when my body stopped changing i get bored easy and give up for a bit

well im still here training away my family is complete with my 3 kids im happily married and its time to get fitter than ever! iv got myself a personal trainer and this time i will be the fittest ever!!!!!!
i want to transform my body from a mum that has free time in the morning to a woman who looks in the mirror and says wow! you have worked hard and its paid off....
