I learned physical discipline in the Army, and it has stuck with me ever since. I love it! It's addictive!!
Why I Love It:
Because it makes me feel better and incredibly sexy.

We are DONE having babies!! I am ready to reclaim my body after years of weight gain and loss once and for all!
Goal (Long):
I've been having kids for 15 years. That has taken a huge toll on my body, even despite my efforts to lose the weight in between. I managed to lose all the weight after baby #4, and was really close after baby #6, only to get pregnant again and have to start over.
I love being healthy and fit. LOVE IT! I love eating healthy food, and while I do engage in the occassional junk, I have fairly good will power to say no when I have a goal set. I don't really care for it when people starve themselves to get *thin* I believe in nutrition for the whole body. I feel better and look great when I do this. That being said, exercise is a big challenge for me right now with my repsosibilities, but I am doing this for ME (well and a little bit for my dh, gotta keep the man happy ya know! ;) )
Goals are : lose fat off hips, butt, thighs, calves, stomach and upper arms.
Regain muscle definition in legs, calves , stomach and upper arms.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 47 lb

they are a work in progress, I need to find the time LOL, with 8 kids, its tough esp with xmas 6 days away but hopefully before the end of the year I'll have my initial pics up plus new ones...I think I'm finally ready. Not sure if anyone even cares, but if nothing else for my records.
Not sore?!?!?! Oh yeah it is time to take it to the next level then. Lets go girly start pushing yourself harder. Hope training is going well, I had a week off due to my job but I am ready to start at it again.
Thoght I would stop in and see how yout workouts are going. You getting sore yet? I know those first few days are tough it will get better just keep at it.
