SammmyChannnnnn Hey babylover, wanted to send a PM but can't, so hope this reaches you and you can help me out. A quick one, I just read your Starting Strength modified routine and it seems more complete than Mark's one. Good job! Anyways if I were to add in EZ-bar bicep curls, tricep pushdowns and DB calves raises (my weak calves causes me to sprain my ankle more when playing sports), then what rep range should I hit them?
