How I Started:
I have always cycled to get outdoors. I started lifting years ago, but was never serious. Now I'm paying more attention to diet, science, and overall health, but I've got a lot of ground to make up.
Why I Love It:
Staying energetic, staying positive, looking better. I don't want to get really big, just get the fat off and get stronger.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at the ripped folks on this forum, seeing all the fit guys and gals out early in the morning by the Schuylkill.
BB Accomplishments:
I lost 5 inches off my waist last summer. I gained one or two back, but I am back to work!

Goal (Long):
I want to be strong, but not too big as I like cycling and don't want to get destroyed on the hills. I have decent genes, but have been hampered by bad dietary habits most of my adult life. I would like to end up near 180 lbs, with bodyfat as close to 10% as I can get without becoming obsessed...well, when I get below 15%, I might just get obsessed. ;)
Thanks for the support!! Yeah I've been so dedicated to my diet and exercise these past 7-8 months that I don't know anything else different anymore. You've lost 5 inches. That's incredible!! Can't wait to see your progress pics!! *smile*
