Hamstring/Glute workout & Shoulder workout from this past week... enjoy :)
Here is a sample of my Leg/glute workout from last week and my little shoulder routine from yesterday:
Hamstrings/Glutes: Single leg press-downs using asst pull-up machine-4setsX15reps; Leg curls (machine) 3x15; Stiff-Legged Deadlift 3x15; Hamstring curls on stability ball 3x15; Hyperextensions (lower back/glute complex) 3x10...then abs.
Shoulders: Asst pull-ups 4x15,12,10,10; Upright rows 3x15; Bent-arm laterals 3x10; Plate front raise 3x10; Rear delt rows 3x10...then abs 3x15-20 for each (decline twisting crunches, ball tucks, hanging leg raises).
