How I Started:
My brother was big into powerlifting, actually set the state record for bench press in his wt. class(148lbs)-benched 355lbs, and so when he opened his own gym I started going in and got hooked. I did some things for sports in high school but now I am more about perfecting my physique.
Why I Love It:
I love the rush of energy and the great feeling of accomplishment that I am improving my life. When I throw around the steel I forget all my troubles.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the transformation and the strides I have made over the years is motivation enough for me. I just have a great passion for doing it, I love the interaction and passing on what I know now to people that probably wouldn't otherwise learn.
